The HTC Droid Incredible is available for pre-order, and no lie, we drooled a little bit over it. We also uncover the Google conspiracy to rid the world of http://. But the weirdest of all was our discussion of the dramatic weekend rumor mill involving the purported iPhone 4G found on a bar in either San Jose or Redwood City. Or maybe it's a fake.

Greetings Buzztown,

I’ve been a TiVo owner for 7 years. I’ve had to replace the hard drive because it wore out. I have one of the few Toshiba TiVo units with a Build-In DVD Writer. I’ve also had a Windows Media Center for two years.

Windows MCE offers for FREE what TiVo charges a monthly fee for. Plus, with dvrmstools installed, the commercials are skipped automatically. I can burn any recorded program to DVD, or convert it to play on my iPod.

There are Boxee and Hulu plugins as well.

Plus I get Full 1080p HD channels at no additional cost with the MCE system.

Why buy or upgrade a TiVo now?

Love the Show,

Henry C.

The whole ticket iTunes thing makes sense, since one one of the album purchasing perks is often an early chance at tickets. Also this could explain that whole no more screen protectors in the store, since those tend to screw up UPC readers.
