Can we do both independently? For example, this wiki could select a "parliament" with ministers and secretaries, while the http://buzztowncenter.org might organize a "Congress" with senators and representatives? Or a "town council" of supreme mugwumps and high chieftains and such? Even if the titles end up overlapping, there are three monarchs, so why not 42 ministers of bacon and 365.2425 mayors?
